A hat, cowl, scarf and beanie, all of which take advantage of the unique characteristics of the ottoman rib stitch. The pattern offers the beanie in three sizes. These are the same designs as Simple Couture 4.01 and Headgear I.

cowl: 1, 4 and 5 US/2.5, 3.5 and 3.75 mm
scarf: 4 and 5 US/ 3.5 and 3/75 mm
beanie: 0 US/2.0, 2 US/3.0 mm through 6 US/4.0 mm

FABRICATION AND CONSTRUCTION NOTES
All garments are worked flat; the hats are constructed with a signature join and embellished with a Chinese knot. The cowl is buttoned with three tiny Chinese knot buttons.
