From time to time, to introduce a new design or to highlight an older one, we offer a Studio Special. This gives our customers the opportunity to purchase the yarn or yarns for which the selected design is ideally suited at a special price that includes the pattern and free shipping within the US. Once announced, the offer is available for a limited time, usually two or three weeks.
A Studio Special is announced in the newsletter, but there are a few ways for non-subscribers to get the information as well. If a Studio Special is currently offered, it will appear in the drop-down menu under “shop” in the navigation bar that appears at the top of each page on the website. Clicking on this link will lead to the information page about the current Special where there are links both to the pattern for more information and to the product page for purchase. Similarly, when there is an active special, “Studio Special” will also appear as one of the categories in the sidebar on the right of each page in The Shop. Clicking on the category here will take you directly to the product list, by-passing the information page.
